A strong alumni network is a reflection of all that Curtis has become and remains an integral part of the school’s future. During the 2025-26 school year, we proudly celebrated Curtis’s 100th anniversary—a remarkable milestone made possible by generations of students, families, faculty, staff, and alumni who have shaped our community.

Curtis is more than a school; it is a second home to its students and a community that stays with them long after they graduate. That feeling of belonging, acceptance, and knowing that you will always be welcome is shared across generations of Cougars.

As former students, you played an essential role in the history of our school. As alumni, you continue to be treasured members of the Curtis community and an important part of our future. We invite you to stay connected to Curtis and offer a variety of ways to do so.

Alumni Council

Your connection to Curtis—your memories, experiences, and insights as former students and accomplished alumni—continues to enrich our school community and help shape its future. Be a part of our incredible alumni network, which spans generations of Cougars!

The Alumni Council brings graduates together throughout the year through events, programs, and opportunities to reconnect with Curtis and fellow alumni. The Council gathers several times each year and welcomes alumni who are interested in staying engaged, sharing ideas, and helping strengthen the lifelong connection between Curtis and its graduates.

Alumni Community Service Grant

Since its inception in 2018, the Curtis School Alumni Community Service Grant has helped Curtis alumni make a meaningful impact on their communities through service to charities, organizations, and individuals.

The 2027 Alumni Community Service Grant application will be available starting Feb. 1, 2027! We encourage all Curtis alumni currently in middle school and high school, as well as our current 6th graders, to apply. Applications are due Monday, March 22, 2027.

The grant recognizes acts of service that reflect Curtis School’s purpose statement: “Curtis graduates have purpose beyond themselves: they recognize how their contributions can bring about change and positivity, and understand their responsibility to the greater good.”

In 2026, grants were awarded to  Michael C. '21, McLain L. ’21, and Chase R. ’21  in recognition of their meaningful service to others.

    Jackie Schwartz, Class of 2013, grew up at Curtis surrounded by inspiring teachers, close friendships, and a community that felt like family. Today, she has come full circle. She is back on campus as a Curtis teacher and a colleague to some of the very educators who once taught her.
