Investing in our school is key to its flexibility and growth. The Curtis Fund fuels our ability to advance the school’s programs and to set the standard for elementary education in Los Angeles and beyond.
Along with tuition, the Curtis Fund is the financial lifeblood of the school. The Curtis Fund supports the school’s essential programs and empowers Curtis to provide the best-in-class education for our students.
Curtis Fund Donor Recognition Levels
Donors at the Head of School, Partner, Benefactor, Founder, and Visionary Circle levels will be invited to a dinner in the fall.
Donors who give at the Leadership and Cougar Circle levels are invited to a reception in the fall.
Gifts of any amount are welcome and appreciated, and every gift matters.

One-Time Gifts
You may make a one-time gift using a major credit card, cash, or personal check. To make a gift online, please use our secure (SSL) Giving Form. Checks may be mailed to the school in care of the Advancement Office or delivered in person. If you wish to make a Gift By Mail, please download the form and include it with your payment. Please do not send cash by mail. -
Recurring Gifts (Pledge)
Pledging a gift gives you the option to spread payment throughout the fiscal year. You may instruct us to charge your credit card on a regular basis, or you may simply wish to receive monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual reminders. We will also customize a payment schedule that meets your individual needs. Using a major credit card, you may make an annual, quarterly, or monthly pledge payment, or create a customized giving schedule. Matching Gifts
Many companies are willing to match gifts that their employees make to nonprofit organizations like Curtis School. To find out whether your employer might match your gift, please use the Matching Gift Search Engine, or consult your company’s human resources department. -
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
Gifts of securities may yield significant tax advantages. In certain cases, capital gains taxes may be avoided and the fair market value of stock may be tax-deductible. Please consult a qualified tax advisor regarding your particular situation. -
Planned Giving
Remembering Curtis in your estate plan is a meaningful way to ensure the school's ability to continue to fulfill its educational mission in the future.
