Application for Admission
Thank you for your interest in Curtis School!
Please note that the application deadline for the 2026-27 school year has now passed.
If you are relocating from outside the greater Los Angeles area, we may be able to accept a late application depending on the grade level you are seeking admission for. Please reach out to admissions@curtisschool.org to inquire further.
If you are interested in applying for the 2027-28 school year, our application will be available online beginning July 1, 2026.
Following application submission, you will be invited to schedule your individual campus tour and parent conversation. If you'd like to visit campus before applying, you are welcome to attend one of our fall Open Houses - please see the Visit Us page for more information.
Lower Elementary Application Process
1. Applications for DK and Kindergarten for the 2027-2028 school year are due by 5:00 p.m. on November 1, 2026. Applications for 1st and 2nd grade are due by 5:00 p.m. on November 13, 2026.
2. After submitting an application, please email admissions@curtisschool.org to schedule your individual campus tour and sit-down conversation with a member of the Admissions team.
3. In December, we will reach out with an invitation for your child's assessment visit, which will be held on a Saturday in January or February.
4. Please download and hand deliver/email the appropriate school recommendation form(s) below to your child’s current school. Completed forms are due by January 8, 2027 and should be emailed directly to admissions@curtisschool.org.

Upper Elementary Application Process
1. Applications for 3rd-6th grade for the 2027-2028 school year are due by November 13, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
2. After submitting an application, please reach out to admissions@curtisschool.org to schedule your individual campus tour and sit-down conversation with a member of the admissions team.
3. All student applicants for 3rd-6th grade will be invited to spend a morning on campus in January.
4. Applicants for 3rd grade are required to take the Primary 3 Level ISEE. Applicants for 4th grade are required to take the Primary 4 Level ISEE. Applicants for 5th & 6th grades are required to take the Lower Level ISEE. Registration and information about the tests are available on the ERB website. For our process, it is helpful to receive scores by the end of January 2027. Please be sure to include Curtis School as a recipient of the scores. Our ISEE School Code is 054000.
