Dear Curtis Families,
Welcome to a very special school year—Curtis School’s 100th! As we begin this centennial celebration, I’m thrilled to welcome both new and returning families to what promises to be an unforgettable year, filled with connection, joy, and community spirit.
The Curtis Parents Association (PA) plays an essential role in enriching student life, building community, and supporting the school’s mission, all while offering meaningful ways for families to get involved. Volunteering is at the heart of what we do. Whether you lend a hand at an event or serve on a committee, it’s a wonderful way to forge friendships, feel more connected, and make a lasting impact.
We offer community-building programs like International Lunch Day, monthly Cultural Celebrations, Seedlings, Buds, and Blooms lunchtime events, Teacher Appreciation Week, and more. The PA is also proud to support service initiatives that extend our values beyond campus, engaging students and families through programs like Curtis Cares Day and the Families Helping Families Drive.
Our dedicated fundraising committees include the Curtis Fair, Book Spree, Curtis Celebrates!, CurtisXCollabs, Party Book, and the Cougar Wear Store. All proceeds support Curtis’s Financial Access Program and other important school initiatives.
Community is truly the cornerstone of the Curtis experience. We hope you’ll join us, whether in one event or many, as we celebrate this incredible milestone year together.
Thank you in advance for your time, energy, and dedication. Together, let’s make this Centennial year at Curtis a truly meaningful and joyful one!
Warmly,

Cara Rich
President, Curtis Parents Association
